4.3.6 Inspection Execution

The Ways of inspection execution

Inspection judgement results
Output judgement results to the parallel ports of OUT1 to OUT3 as the table shown below.
Judgement results
All OK An image having more than the specified
degree of similarity is detected.
X- and Y- positions (distance) is within the
allowable range.
Image An image having more than the specified
Detection degree of similarity is detected
X = OK X-position (distance): Within the limit
Y-position (distance): Out of the limit
Image An image having more than the specified
Detection degree of similarity is detected.
Y = OK X-position (distance): Out of the limit
Y-position (distance): Out of the limit
Image An image having more than the specified
Detection degree of similarity is detected, but X- and
Y-position (distance) is out of range
Any images having more than the specified degree of
similarity are not detected.
Switch the internal trigger signal (I.TRR) ON/OFF in CONFIGURATION mode.

Inspection is automatically performed by switching to RUN mode.
After switching to RUN mode, input the TRIGGER signal via the external device or
press the TRIGGER button.
