6.2.2 The phone can't obtain IP address

 Make sure the cable has been connected to the WAN port of the phone.
 Make sure the cable and the switch's port that connected with the cable is available.
 Make sure the DHCP server is on and there are some assignable IP addresses in the
address pool.
 Try to change the WAN port mode as Static.
