11.4 Replacing Armrest Arm Pad

1. Remove the armrest from the wheelchair. Refer to Removing/Installing and Adjusting T-Arms on page 75 or Adjusting the Height and Depth of
the Flip Back Arms on page 78.
2. Remove the mounting screw(s) (A) that secure the arm pad (B) in place.
3. Replace arm pad and securely tighten with the existing mounting screws.
4. Install the armrest onto the wheelchair. Refer to Removing/Installing and Adjusting T-Arms on page 75 or Adjusting the Height and Depth of the
Flip Back Arms on page 78.

11.5 Installing the Optional Swingaway Padded Armrest Socket Assembly


In Figure 5 only the left side of the frame is shown for clarity.
1. Remove the mounting screw and locknut that secures the axle mounting bracket to the frame.
2. Position the armrest tube (A) on the inside of the wheelchair frame (B) as shown.
3. From the outside of the frame, thread one mounting screw (C) with washer (D) through axle mounting bracket (E), back cane bracket (F), wheel
chair frame (B), and armrest tube (A).
