5.20.2 DA-CAD 5000

Sewing patterns can be created in DA-CAD 5000. They are then memo-
rized in MS Excel. The sewing pattern size is 0.0 mm ~ 40.3 mm.

1. Creating stitch coordinates.
2. Select the first stitch and press CTRL + ALT + A.
3. Press CRTL + ALT + A to copy the table.
4. Open MS Excel and insert the table by pressing CTRL + V.
5. Multiply the stitch coordinates by 10; e.g. 17.2 becomes 172.
6. Memorize the file.
7. Memorize the file on a USB stick.

5.21 Working with a USB stick

You can memorize up to 10 of your own sewing patterns on the controller
using a USB stick.
Preconditions:
• The machine is in programming mode; the LED in the Ready button is
