4.2 Receiving Individual Calls (ACK RQ)

When an individual call is received, the FM-8700 responds to the
call depending on the setting of automatic acknowledge (AUTO
ACK) function:
• AUTO ACK "ON" ("Auto" appears.)
The DSC transmits the acknowledge back (ACK BQ)
signal automatically.
• AUTO ACK "OFF" ("Manual" appears.)
Verify contents of receive message by pressing the
[ENT] key successively, then manually transmit the
ACK BQ signal by pressing the [CALL] key.

Setting of "ABLE" or "UNABLE"
