Distributing received documents

In Message Board, you can specify conditions for automatically distributing received
documents to specified locations. This function enables you to read the received fax
without printing them out.
NOTE
Set both general setting and individual setting "ON" to enable this function.

Copies the auto distribution settings
Deletes the auto distribution settings selected from the list
Enables and disables auto distribution
Specify an fax number to display a list of the corresponding auto
distribution settings.
This enables you to check if the auto distribution is set correctly
