To configure the TCP/IP parameters of a remote node, first configure the three
fields in Menu 11 – Remote Node Profile, as shown in the table below. For more
details on the IP Option fields, refer to Chapter 3 – Internet Access
Application.

Field Description
Route Make sure IP is among the protocols in the Route field
in the Remote Node Profile.
Rem IP Enter the IP address of the remote gateway in Remote
Address Node Profile.
Edit Press the space bar to select Yes and press Enter to
IP/IPX/Bridge go to Menu 11.3 - Remote Node Network Layer
Options Menu.
