2.5M, INFINITY, MANUAL) and then press
the ENTER
r Press the CANCEL

• When the focus mode is set to Area, use the CANCEL
buttons to set the area to be in sharp focus and then press the shutter
button.
• When the Manual focus mode is set, press the CANCEL
button to adjust the focus and then press the shutter button to take the
picture.

• Depth of focus is shallow in macro photography, so focus can be

disturbed if the camera is moved. Mount the camera on a tripod, etc., to
prevent camera movement.
• When the flash is used, the light from the flash may appear red in the
picture. Pictures may also appear wash out in the case of overexposure.
• The view through the viewfinder and the actual picture coverage differ
considerably; therefore, for greater accuracy, connect the camera to LCD
monitor or TV set to check the coverage before taking a picture.
• Set Keep Settings to save the focus mode setting.
