e Press the shutter release button lightly
and hold it.
The focus will be locked at this point.
The focus lamp (green) will light.
r Decide the composition of the shot by
moving the camera with the shutter
release button held, and then press the
shutter release button down fully.

Focus Modes

This camera is capable of six types of focus (Auto, Macro, Area, 2.5 M, Infinity,
Manual). Focusing can thus be performed for snapshots, landscapes, etc., in
accordance with the photographic conditions.
Auto
: The camera focuses automatically.
Macro : Close-up pictures of the subject can be taken. (subject distance: 13 - 30cm).
Area
: The distance range within which the subject will be in sharp focus can be
selected freely.
2.5M
: Suitable for snapshots, etc.
Infinity : Suitable for scenic shots of distant subjects such as mountains, etc.
Manual : Focusing is performed manually.
