netaddr] is either the host name of the switch or the IP addr of the director. The
form of the address depends upon how the switch was added to the HP EFC
Manager. If it was added by Name then the name will appear otherwise the IP
address will appear.
If HP EFC Manager Version 1.1 or higher is installed on the PC, accessing this
URL from a browser will start the HP EFC Manager application.
The value 0xFFCCdd is returned where dd is the domain id of the director.
