Probable Cause

Loss of synchronization errors frequently occur due to a faulty SFP or cable.
Signal losses often create synchronization losses.

Recommended Action

Check for problems with the appropriate SFP and cable. If you continue to
experience sync loss errors, troubleshoot your HBA and contact your support
representative.
