The camera detects a smiling face to shoot the face automatically.

Enter smile mode by pressing the

I_1 button
in shooting
mode
and
tapping
[,_].

Point the camera at the subject.
If the camera recognizes a face looking toward the camera,
the face will be framed by a ydJow double border in the
focus area, and when the face comes into focus, the
double border will glow green for a moment and the focus
will be locked.
Up to three faces can be detected. When the camera detects more than one face, the
face closest to the center of the frame is framed by a double border and the others by
single borders. When a face framed by a single border is tapped twice, the camera
focuses on the position indicated by tapping
the touch panek

The shutter is automatically released.
If the camera detects that the face framed by the double border is smiling, the shutter is
automatically
released.
When the camera detects a face, the self-timer lamp ([_]] 4) blinks. Immediatdy
after the
shutter is released with detection
of a smiling face, the sdf-timer lamp flickers.
Each time the shutter is released, the camera automatically
take pictures using the
recognizing
face and the detecting smiling face features repeatedly.
At default settings, the Blink proof
function is activated ([_]] 51).

When the camera is pointed at a face looking toward the camera in smile mode, the _ce is
automatically recognized and the smiling face of the recognized one is detected,
• in some shooting conditions, _ce recognition does not work and _ces cannot be detected.
