Tile flash has a range of 0.6-4.6 m (2-15 ft.) when rile camera is zoomed out all rile
way. With maximum optical zoom applied, tile range is 0.6-2.5 m (2-8 ft.) (when
ISO sensitivity is set to Auto). Tile following flash modes are available.
_IRIITII Auto
Flash fires automatically wner Hgn_mg is ooor.
_I_ Auto with red-eye reduction
Reduce "red-eye" in portraits (_ 33).
@ Off
Flash will not fire even wnen Hgmmg is poor.
Fill flash
Flash fires when a picture is taken. Use to '(ill-in" (Hluminate) shadows and backEit
sLIbiects.
_1_ Slow sync
_IlUT I1 (auto) is combined with slow shutter speed.
Flash illuminates main subject; slow shutter speeds are used to capture
background at night or under dim light.
Setting the Flash Mode
1 Tap the flash mode control.
The flash menu is displayed.
_t Tap the desired flash mode control.
The icon for the selected flash mode is displayed at the
top of the monitor.
When I_ is tapped, the menu will close and the
monitor display will return to shooting mode without
changing the flash mode.
