Slow shutter speeds are used to produce stunning night
landscapes.
• Camera focuses at infinity. The focus area or focus indicator
([_128) always glows green when the shutter-release
button is pressed halfway. Note, however, that objects in the
foreground may not always be in focus.
• Motion detection ([_ 134) does not function.

_- Photograph flowers, insects and other small objects at close

• Macro mode ([_135) will be turned on and the camera
automatically zooms to the position at the closest distance
_" at which the camera can focus.

6" • The camera can focus at a distance of 10 cm (4 in.) at the
zoom position at which _ glows green (the zoom indicator is positioned before _).
_- The closest possible shooting position may vary according to the zoom position.
• The touch panel can also be tapped to choose an object on which the camera will focus
