Registering/Specifying Settings

Changing destination levels

Press [Utility/Counter] key to display the Utility mode screen.

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration].

In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered

and selected on the keypad. For [One-Touch/User Box Registra-

tion], enter [1] on the keypad.

[One-Touch/User Box Registration] cannot be registered or

changed when [Registering and Changing Addresses] is set to [Re-

strict] in the Utility mode. Contact the administrator to register or

change the [One-Touch/User Box Registration].

Touch [Limiting Access to Destinations].

Touch [Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations].
