If your local ordinances permit, you may dispose of individual batteries as normal trash. Do not
expose batteries to excessive heat or fire. Keep all batteries away from children.
When the system is turned on for the first time after battery replacement, an error message might
be displayed. This is normal after replacing the battery.

Setting the BIOS Configuration Jumper

CAUTION
Always turn off the power and unplug the power cord from the computer before changing the
jumper. Moving the jumper with the power on may result in unreliable computer operation.

This three-pin jumper block, shown in Figure 13, enables all desktop board configuration to be
done in BIOS Setup. Table shows the jumper settings for the Setup program modes.
