Auto Dial

An Auto Dial button provides one-touch dialing of the
following kinds of numbers and codes:
inside numbers, including co-workers' extensions, Park
Zone extensions, calling group extensions, or
speaker-phone paging group extensions
outside numbers
account codes
The green light next to an Auto Dial button programmed with
an extension lights if that extension is busy or Do Not Disturb
is activated. The red light next to the Auto Dial button lights
when your co-worker has an operator message.

codes, see "Account Code Entry" in this chapter.
To Program an Auto Dial Button
1. Label button to be programmed with name or other
identifier.
2. Slide the T/P switch to the P position.
3. Press the button you labeled.
4. Dial *21 for outside numbers, or *22 for inside
numbers.
