Turn the black (K) toner container release lever to the vertical
position.

Open the provided plastic disposal bag and place it at the toner
container slot.
Pull out the old toner container in the bag as far as it will go.

Remove the old toner container by holding the handle and place it in
the provided plastic disposal bag.

Take the new toner container out of the toner kit.

Hold the new toner container with both hands and shake it from side
to side several times so that the toner is uniformly distributed inside.
