• TurnontheAutoEcoViewfunction.Themonitor
detectstheenvironmentalbrightnesstoadjustthe
screenbrightnessautomatically.
• CheckwhetherthePCisconfiguredtomeetthe
resolutionandverticalscanfrequencyrequirements
ofthemonitor(referto"CompatibleResolutions/
Frequencies"intheSetupManual.).
• Use<Smoothing>intheAdjustmentmenutoadjustit
(see"Tomodifyblurredcharacters/lines<Smoothing>"
(page14)).
• AfterimagesareparticulartoLCDmonitors.Avoid
displayingthesameimageforalongtime.
• Usethescreensaverorpowersavefunctiontoavoid
displayingthesameimageforextendedperiodsof
time.
• ThisisduetoLCDpanelcharacteristicsandisnota
failure.
• Leavethemonitorwithawhiteorblackscreen.The
symptommaydisappear.
• IntheAdjustmentmenu,set<Overdrive>to"Off"(see
"Tosetoverdriveintensity<Overdrive>"(page19)).
• WhenenteringthesignalsofHDCPsystem,the
normalimagesmaynotbedisplayedimmediately.
