Engine temperature too high
● Faulty temperature gauge or thermo sensor
● Air in cooling system
● Faulty thermostat stuck (Thermostat stuck closed)
● Passages blocked in radiator, hoses or water jacket
● Faulty fan motor switch
● Faulty water pump
Engine temperature too low or unstable
● Faulty temperature gauge or thermo sensor

Coolant leaks
● Faulty water pump mechanical seal
● Damaged or deteriorated O-rings
