For example, you can copy the file to the Windows clipboard and
paste the copy elsewhere on your file system. You can also
double-click on the file to open it in its native program.
You can also point to a document and see a thumbnail view of it,
as you can in the Pagis Inbox and any Pagis Folder.
Across the top of the file view area are columns of information
about the found files.
In addition to the standard Windows-type information (location,
size, type, date last modified), the Search Tool adds three other
columns of information.
The Rank, Relevance, and Words Found columns give you a
quick indication of the files that most closely match your search
string.
The Search Tool locates and analyzes each document and assigns
it a score that is based on the density of words that match the
search string, as well as other factors. Based on this score, the
Search Tool assigns a Relevance to each file.
A longer, red bar indicates that a document is highly relevant to
the search string you entered. Blue bars indicate less relevance,
and green bars indicate the least relevance.
Thus, if you are not sure which if any of the found documents is
the one you are looking for, you can open the most relevant
document first to view it.
