This section provides brief summaries, and highlights important
features, of all commands in the Search Tool's Index menu
(Figure 4–75).

Update Indexes command
The Update Indexes command launches the Update Tool, which
allows you to select one or more indexes and start the update
process.
Please refer to "Pagis Index Manager and Update Tool" earlier in
this chapter.
Manage Indexes command
The Manage Indexes command launches the Index Manager,
which enables you to create, configure, schedule updates for, and
otherwise maintain your search indexes.
