Note: Perform "HALL adjustment 1" before this adjustment.
Adjusting method:
1)
Read the data (K1) indicated on the AF microcomputer data
reading jig, and enter adjustment address 88.
2) Select adjustment address 1B and set the adjustment data to
20.
3)
Read the data (K2) indicated on the AF microcomputer data
reading jig, and enter adjustment address 89.
4)
Convert the adjustment data W1 (address 8A) to decimal to
obtain W1', the adjustment data W2 (address 8B) to decimal
to obtain W2', the adjustment data Ki', Ki to decimal to
obtain K1', and the adjustment data K2 to decimal to obtain
K2'. (See table 8-4, Hexadecimal-decimal conversion table)

Obtain D' by the following formula.
(208+K1—-W1)x A K'+3x 4 W*
AK+AW

=K1-K2" )
AW'=W2- Wi',

Convert D' to hexadecimal and obtain D. (when converting,
if there is a fraction under decimal, round it off.)
7)
Select the adjustment address 1B and set the adjustment data
to 00.
8)
Select the adjustment address 1C, and change the adjustment
data until the indication of AF microcomputer data reading
jig is equal to D value.
9)
Select the adjustment address 1B, and change the adjustment
data until the indication of AF microcomputer data reading
jig is 03.
10) Perform "HALL adjustment 3".

Note: Perform "HALL adjustment 2" before this adjustment.
Adjisting method:
1) Read the data (Wo) indicated on the AF microcomputer data
reading jig.
2) When Wo value is from CF to D1, peform the adjustmnt
after 15).

convert Wo to decimal to obtain Wo'.
4)
Obtain E' by the following formulla.
(208% A K') + (Wo'x A W')
AK'+AW
( AK' =KI-K2" )
AW'=W27-Wi"
5)
Convert E' to hexadecimal and obtain E.
6) Select the adjustment address 1C, and change the adjustment
data until the indication of AF microcomputer data reading
jig is equal to E value.
7)
When E value is equal to DO, perform the adjustment after

Select the adjustment address 1B and change the adjustment
data until the indication of AF microcomputer data reading
jig is DO.
9) Cover the lans with black cap.
10) Read the data (Ko) indicated on the AF microcomputer data
reading jig.

11) When Ko Value is from 01 to 05, perform the adjustment
after 15).
12) Select the adjustment adress 1B and change the adjustment
data until the indication of AF microcomputer data reading
jig is 03.
13) Remove the black cap.
14) Comfirm that the indication of AF microcomputer data
reading jig is from CF to D1.
15) Select the adjustment address EB and set the adjustment data
to 00.
16) Change the adjustment address to store the adjustment data
in the memory.
