Disassembly:
1)Remove covers B and C
2) Remove cable tie (10)
3) Disconnect connection (11) from S-Print (12)
4) Press retaining plate (13) slightly inward until the clip
is free, then slide upward
5) Slide strain relief (14) upwards
6) Remove main cable (15)
Assembly:
1) Replace main cable (15)
2) Push down strain relief (14)
3) Slide retaining plate back (13)
4) Reconnect S- Print (12) connection (11)
5) Attach cable tie (10)
6) Reattach covers B and C
7) Attach embroidery module to the sewing computer
8) Check all functions in service program 6
9) Download and embroider the test sample in the ser
vice program 6i
10) Compare embroidery results with the table (page 44)
