Removing covers

Free-arm cover:
· By snapping out remove the hinged front
cover.
· Remove the cap (5).
Base plate:
· Remove 3 screws (7).
· Remove base plate.

· Remove screw (6), access through the base plate.
· Slide out the free-arm cover.
Replacing the light bulb:
There is a 12V/5W light bulb in the sewing computer, front left.
· Remove head cover.
· Pull bulb down and out (snap-on fastening).
· Insert new bulb in socket.
· Refit head cover.
Replacing CFL light and magnifying glass holder:
See instructions in the CFL and magnifying glass holder packa-
ging.
Points A and B may differ depending on the shipment. Older
machines can be retrofitted with A and B.
