For the Model 3830 standalone modem, the Universal Service Order
Code (USOC) for Permissive mode is RJ11C and for Programmable
mode is RJ41S or RJ45S. The Canadian equivalent to the USOC is
CA11 for RJ11C, and CA41A and CA45A for RJ41S and RJ45S,
respectively.
