Remove the pipes below and above the LEV by
1
removing the braze from the areas shown in the
figure.
Liquid pipe: ø15.88 (2 locations)

Cut the gas pipe with a metal saw.
* Note that there may be cases where there is not
enough room for a pipe cutter.
Heat the brazed area, and remove the
3
compressor pipe.
Move the heat exchanger horizontally, and
1
remove it from the unit.
Weight: 48 kg
Pull out.
Install the plate removed in step 10 to the new
1
heat exchanger.
Heat exchanger fixing plate: M10 nut (26.5±4
Nm)
Reverse the procedure to complete the
2
replacement.

* Do the same for the 2-system side.
* Do the same for the 2-system side.
* When the unit is airtight or charged with
refrigerant, pressurize the unit from the high
pressure side.
Failure to do so may damage the
compressor.
