Cut here on the discharge piping.
Cut here on the injection piping.
Cut here on the suction piping.
Disconnect the check joint pipe located in front of

the compressor by removing the braze from the
areas shown in the figure.
Remove the three M5 screws from the
1
compressor, and disconnect the compressor
power line.
Power line: M5 (2.2±0.2 Nm)
Remove the discharge temperature sensor from
2
the discharge pipe.
Remove the injection pipe fixing plate and the
3
two packing rubbers by unscrewing the M5
screws.
Injection pipe fixing plate: M5 (3.0±0.3 Nm)
Cut off the discharge pipe, suction pipe, and
1
injection pipe at their roots with a saw or a pipe
cutter.
* Note that there may be cases where there is not
enough room for a pipe cutter.
Heat the brazed area, and remove the pipe from
2
the compressor.
* When heating the brazed area, make sure to
cover the area inside the unit with a fireproof
sheet.
