Disconnect the water pipe from the heat

exchanger to be replaced.
Housing joint: M12 nut
Remove the upper joint plate from the water pipe
1
side.
Joint plate: Fixed with M10 nuts (26.5 ± 4 Nm)
2 Remove the lower support plate on the LEV side
from the heat exchanger to be replaced.
Support plate: Fixed with M5 screws (3.0±0.3 Nm)
* Do the same for the 2-system.
Remove the joint plate at the upper portion of the

heat exchanger on the LEV side.
Joint plate: Fixed with M10 nuts (26.5±4 Nm)
Remove the lower support plate on the LEV side

from the heat exchanger to be replaced.
Support plate: Fixed with M5 screws (3.0±0.3 Nm)
* Do the same for the 2-system.
