(3.7) USB Recording

If you connect a USB cable (sold separately) from the PRIME drum module's rear panel
USB-B Port to a USB port on your computer, you'll be able to use your DAW software
to record your performance (audio and MIDI data) from the PRIME drum module.
PRIME uses 16 channels for the USB MIDI output. Select PRIME Drum Module MIDI as
the MIDI output device in your DAW.
To record MIDI data from PRIME to your computer's DAW:
1.
Use a USB cable (sold separately) to connect the USB-B Port on the module to a
USB port on your computer.
2. Open your sequencer software.
3. In your software's MIDI setup options, select PRIME Drum Module MIDI as the MIDI
input device.
4. Create a MIDI track in the DAW and set the MIDI track's MIDI channel to the same
channel in PRIME's Settings > MIDI > MIDI Output > MIDI Channel.
5. Record arm your MIDI track in your software and start recording.
