(2.2) Rear Panel

1. USB-A Port
Use this to connect a MIDI controller or update the firmware.
2. USB-B Port
Connect to a computer's USB port to send/receive MIDI data, update firmware, or
transfer files.
3. SD Card Slot
Insert an SD, SDHC, or SDXC card (ex-FAT or FAT32 formatted) to import samples.
4. MIDI Input
Connect this MIDI input to external MIDI devices, such as an electronic percussion
pad, or other MIDI controller devices.
5. MIDI Output
Connect this MIDI output to external MIDI devices, such as a synthesizer, drum
machine, sequencer, or sound module.
6. Aux Inputs (1/4" TRS [6.35 mm])
Connect these inputs to an audio source (smartphone, mixer, etc.). Use these
inputs to record to an audio track, sample a sound, or for use as a live play-along.
7. Trigger Inputs (1/4" TRS [6.35 mm])
Note: Refer to the included Assembly Guide for more assistance on connecting
Strata PRIME kit drums and cymbals.
Connect cables here to receive signals from drum and cymbal triggers, and a hi-
hat pedal.
8. Assignable Out
Route these physical outputs to Main, Assign 3/4, or Assign 5/6 (configured in the
Mixer menu) to assign individual Instruments or Busses.
