Description
Backlight Command Control
If the command is marked, the brightness control
based on the gamma curve is active.
This means the maximum value of the gamma
curve is set in accordance with the values cali-
brated at the factory. This ensures that the maxi-
mum brightness fits with the gamma curve.
Changing the brightness of the backlight
CAUTION: If you adjust brightness, the gray
scale values no longer correspond to the set
gamma curve (LUT). As a result, the calibrated
values cannot be guaranteed and there could be
a loss of information in the displayed images.
Setting the video source connection
If needed, the video input can be changed here.
Establishing the PiP 2 resolution
Here you set the resolution at which the PiP 2
signal is displayed.
Note: Changes do not go into effect until the
monitor reboots.
Select and display test patterns
The monitor contains an internal test pattern
generator that can create various test patterns to
enable visual checks of the device without soft-
ware.
CAUTION: Only use the test patterns during
maintenance. The PiP functions are deactivated
when a test pattern is displayed.
Note: After selecting a test pattern, select
"None" in order to display the video signals of
the connected system again.
