Main Board Housing Removal
1. Remove the control panel/backsplash
assembly (see Backsplash Removal section
of this service guide).
2. Remove the main control shield (see Main
Control Shield Removal section of this
service guide).

3. Remove one 1/4-in hex-head screw from the
main board housing. When facing the rear of
the washer, the screw will be located at the
center right side of the main board housing,
as shown below.

4. Slide the main board housing to the left and
up to disengage the housing hooks from the
top cover.
