In the pairing wipe, the wipe operation is performed in a grill
format from opposite ends of the screen. in other words, pairs
of scanning lines wipe the picture altemately from either end.
To perform pairing wipe, set the PAIRING/ECHO selector to
PAIRING.
© The pairing wipe is valid with some pattems. Please refer to
"TABLE OF WIPE PATTERNS" for the pattems for which

In the echo wipe, the new picture will be overlapped on the
original picture in several steps of gradation at the wipe
pattem edge as echoed.
To perform echo wipe, set the PAIRING/ECHO selector to
ECHO.
