Description
Read invalid MAC Address from
internal EEPROM.
No communications with the
internal Ethernet switch.
There are too many devices on
the Ethernet network.
Lost pairing with Power Zone
Display.
The Main Controller was unable
to read from or write to the NV
memory used for settings and
logging.
The part of the program on the
Main Controller that reads
analog/digital signals failed to
load, is missing, or is
malfunctioning. The Main
Controller is unable to make
proper measurements and
calculations without this section
of the program. Contact technical
support.
The Main Controller ran out of
working memory. If the Main
Controller is running too many
tasks at one time or consuming
memory improperly, the Main
Controller might overwrite the
program memory.
Set Alarm
The MAC address from the
vendor supplied chip was
not valid, or the chip is
damaged, or the circuit is
damaged.
Communications with the
Ethernet switch could not
be established. It could not
be configured correctly.
The number of devices on
the Ethernet network
exceeds the total that can
be managed by the switch
controller.
A Display was paired with
this Main Controller and
has become unresponsive
for at least one minute.
A request to read data from
or write data to the NV
memory resulted in a SPI
communications fault.
The Main Controller
detected the part of the
program that reads input
and output signals is
missing or incompatible.
The Main Controller is
running too many tasks and
ran out of memory or the
software is improperly
using the memory available
for temporary use.

Clear Alarm
Power Reset
NOTE: This alarm
should only be reported
through history if at all. If
this alarm is active on a
Main Controller, that
controller will not be
communicating.

Self-clearing if the
condition is no longer
active.
Self-clearing if Pairing is
established with a
Display. It does not have
to be the same one.
Clear the alarm using
the Display. If the alarm
clears, the Main
Controller may be
operating with corrupted
data. If alarm persists,
contact technical
support.
This alarm cannot be
cleared without the
proper program in the
Main Controller. Contact
technical support.
Turn the Keyswitch to
OFF. Power cycle the
Main Controller. Clear
the Shutdown Alarm
using the Display. If the
fault persists, contact
technical support.
