Owner's Manual for Power Zone Pro Sync
Description
The Power Zone AVR module #x
is not communicating over CAN
bus with the Main Controller. It is
likely missing, not connected, or
damaged.
The Power Zone Battery Charger
#x is not communicating over
CAN bus with the Main Controller.
It is likely missing, not connected,
or damaged. The Battery Charger
might not be powered while the
generator is running so an alarm
is not generated while running.
A module with an unknown
address is no longer
communicating over CAN bus
with the Main Controller. It is likely
missing, not connected, or
damaged.
The Power Zone Governor
module #x is reporting an error
over CAN bus to the Main
Controller. The error message
will present an error number
which corresponds to the error
the module is reporting. See the
Governor manual for each error
message and description.
The Power Zone AVR module #x
is reporting an error over CAN
bus to the Main Controller. The
error message will present an
error number which corresponds
to the error the module is
reporting. See the AVR manual
for each error message and
description.
Set Alarm
The Power Zone AVR
sends a message over
CAN bus periodically every
200 milliseconds to the
Main Controller. If after 600
milliseconds the Main
Controller has not received
a message from the
module, the alarm is
activated.
The Power Zone Battery
Charger sends a message
over CAN bus periodically
every 100 milliseconds to
the Main Controller. If after
600 milliseconds the Main
Controller has not received
a message from the
module while the
generator is not running,
the warning is activated.
There is a module that
requires communication
over CAN bus with the
Main Controller; however,
the address of the module
is unknown, corrupted, or
invalid. If after 600
milliseconds the Main
Controller has not received
a message from the
unknown module, the alarm
is activated.
The Power Zone Governor
detected an error in its
operation and
communicated the alarm
code to the Main Controller
over CAN bus.
The Power Zone AVR
detected an error in its
operation and
communicated the alarm
code to the Main Controller
over CAN bus.
Troubleshooting
Clear Alarm
Turn the Keyswitch to
OFF. Verify CAN bus
communications
between the Main
Controller and the AVR.
Clear the shutdown
alarm using the Display.
This warning will clear
automatically when CAN
bus communications
between the Main
Controller and the
Battery Charger return.
Clear the shutdown
alarm using the Display.
Turn the Keyswitch OFF.
Verify CAN bus
communications
between the Main
Controller and the
Unknown module. Clear
the shutdown alarm
using the Display.
The alarm clears when
the condition which
created the alarm has
receded. Turn the
keyswitch to OFF. Verify
the Power Zone
Governor error is
resolved. Clear the
shutdown alarm using
the Display.
