Key
Telephone.
Programming
is always
done
at
this station
regardless
of the class of service
or
intercom
number
assigned
to this
station or
which
station
has been assigned
as the atten-
dant.
To enter the Pro gramming
mode, the program-
mer must first verify that the
Key
Telephone
is
properly
connected
to station
port 0 1.

On the dial pad, enter [5-6-2-31
(LOAD).
Confirmation
tone is heard.
The HOLD button
and the ON/OFF

To exit

Programming

ON/OFF

(light will extinguish).
All new
data is now loaded
from the temporary
buffer
to the system
memory
and becomes
effective
and operational.
The system must be in the Programming
Mode
to perform
the
programming
functions
de-
scribed
in Sections
710 through
755.

INIT-'MON
The
system
has been
pre-programmed
with
certain
features
which
are called default
data
(Table 700-l).
These features
are loaded
into
memory
when
the system
is initialized.
The
system
should
be initialized
when
installed
or
at any time the data base has been corrupted.
To initialize
the system and set all parameters
to their default
values:

for toll tables only
To load default
data into system memory,
leave
the Programming
mode (press ON/OFF
button
to OFF).

RESET FUNCTION (Software Ver-
sion 3.4 or Higher)
From time to time, It may be necessary
to reset
the system
to clear meantime
errors.
As with
any computer
device, errors can build up and
occasionally
cause erratic
operation.
This pro-
cedure
DOES NOT initialize
the system
data-
base. To clear accumulated
errors and reset the
system:
a. Enter program
mode.
b. Press the asterisk
[*I once.
c. On the dial pad, enter the numbers
[7-3-7-81 (-REsn.
d. Press the HOLD button.
Confirmation
tone
will be heard, then the system will perform
a reset.
