Speed

Press SHUTTER SPEED repeatedly until the
desired shutter speed indication appears.
Each time you press the button, the indication
changes as follows.
No indication (1/60) > 100 (1/100) -» 1000 (1/1000)
4000
(1/4000)<
Notes
* When you select a shutter speed 1/1000, record
under sunlight or use a video light.
* When you record a TV screen with certain
shutter speeds, the brightness of the recorded
picture may vary.
« When you shoot a very bright subject at a faster
shutter speed, a light vertical, belt-like line
(smear) may appear on the screen.
« When you record at certain shutter speeds under
a light discharges tube, such as a fluorescent
lamp, sodium lamp, or mercury lamp, the
brightness of the recorded picture may vary
{causing the picture to flicker).
