• The product maximum brightness may be lower than the target brightness.
• Lower the target brightness.
• The product minimum brightness may be higher than the target brightness.
• Raise the target brightness.
• The sensor may not have come out during calibration, or light may have entered the
• sensor.
• Turn off the main power, wait for a few minutes before turning the power back on, and
• then execute SelfCalibration/Grayscale Check again.
• The sensor may not have come out.
• Check whether there is any foreign object near the sensor.
• Execute SelfCalibration/Grayscale Check again.
• The execution conditions for SelfCalibration/Grayscale Check may not be appropriate.
• Check the execution conditions and reset them if necessary.
Possible cause and remedy
• The monitor power is turned off automatically when the
internal temperature is extremely high.
• Change the installation location or environment, and then
turn it on again a few minutes later.
- The ventilation slot must not be closed.
- There is no high temperature object around.
• If the power is not turned on even after the installation
location or environment has changed, contact your local
EIZO representative.
Attention
• Do not block the ventilation hole of the monitor. Do not use
the monitor in a place with poor ventilation.
• Turn the main power off and on again.
• Connect the attached USB cable.
• Refer to the error code table.
• If an error code that does not appear in the error code
table is displayed, contact your local EIZO representative.

• Do not touch the Integrated Front Sensor.
• Execute Monitor Detection using RadiCS/RadiCS LE. For
details, refer to RadiCS/RadiCS LE User's Manual.
