    2-4. Adjusting Brightness Brightness levels can be adjusted and saved for each mode. Attention • It takes about 15 minutes for the monitor display to stabilize. After turning on the monitor power, or after the monitor has recovered from power saving mode, wait until 15 minutes or more have passed to perform various quality control tests, calibrations, or screen adjustment of the monitor.

    Chapter 4 Using the Monitor for a Long Time The monitor can be set to enter the power saving mode according to the PC status or the user’s movement. The life of the monitor backlight can be extended by setting the monitor to enter the power saving mode when the monitor is not used.

    5-5. Setting the DisplayPort1 Version You can set the DisplayPort1 version. Attention • To use a daisy-chain connection, set the version to “1.2”. • When a PC is connected via the DisplayPort connector, the DisplayPort version may differ depending on the PC, and consequently the screen may not appear.
