Gcnnectina the VCR to an aerial, mains and 1V
When you have chosen a suitable place, proceed as follows:
If your TV or monitor has a Scart
connection, you can connect a Scart lead
to the VCR Scart socket. This will result in

Plug in the aerial lead to the RF IN socket on the

VCR and connect the coaxial cable (supplied) from
the RF OUT socket on the VCR to the aerial socket
onthe TV.

Connecting the VCR to other appliances (if required)
By selecting an external channel L1 or L2, you can utilise the Euro AV
scart sockets on the rear of this
VCR.
For example, L1 selects the EURO AV1 IN/OUT socket and L2 selects the EURO AV2 IN socket.
If you wish, you can connect other appliances such as

To select an external channel (L1 or L2),
a Camcorder or a Satellite receiver to your VCR. To do
press the JOG Hl button on the remote control.

The plug at the other end of the cable will plug into the
external appliance. As the VCR has two Scart sockets,
it can be connected to two or more appliances simul-
taneously (e.g. Satellite receiver and TV).
The external channels are linked to the
following EURO AV connectors:
L1 = EURO AV1 IN/OUT scart socket
L2 = EURO AV2 IN scart socket
