Generating the self-signed certificate
When the server certificate issued by the certification organization is not to be used as the security certificate, it is
possible to use the self-signed certificate generated in the Display. Generate the self-signed certificate after generating
the CRT key.

Click [Certificate] → [Self-signed Certificate] → [Generate] → [Execute].
The page to generate the self-signed certificate is displayed.

Enter the information required for generation.
The details of each item are as follows.
Item
[Common Name] Enter the Display name or the IP address set in the Display.
Enter the country code defined in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (two upper
[Country]
case alphabets).
[State]
Enter the State, etc.
[Locality]
Enter the locality.
[Organization]
Enter the organization name.
[Organization
Enter the organization unit name.
Unit]
[CRT key]
[Last modified]

Click [OK].
Self-signed certificate is generated.

Single-byte numbers: 0 to 9

Single-byte alphabets: A to Z, a to z

Single-byte symbols: - . _ , + / ( )
•
[RSA key size] The key length of the current CRT key is displayed.
The generation date and time of the current CRT
key is displayed.
