Description
When a call enters the busy tone state and this option is enabled, the FON-x80
phone plays a busy tone.
When a call enters the busy tone state and this option is disabled, the FON-x80
phone disconnects the call instead of playing a busy tone.
Selects the Greeting Mode:
Standard: The default system defined greeting.

Simple: The greeting that applies to any time.
l
Scheduled: The greeting that comes with a schedule. Configure the schedule
l
using the FortiVoice user portal.
Conditional: The greeting that applies when you are either busy or
l
unavailable.
Selects the Greeting File. These recordings are configured using the FortiVoice
user portal.

Display Visual VM - Opens visual voicemail, allowing you to control voicemail

from the phone (Default setting).

Selects the call handling mode that this extension will use. Call handling options
must be configured with the FortiVoice user portal in the Preference section.
Enable to have the phone automatically answer incoming calls.
Some settings in the Tool section require that you enter the administrator password. The
default password is 23646. The FortiVoice administrator can change this password on the
phone system in Phone System > Profile > Phone.
