    Simple: The greeting that applies to any time. Scheduled: The greeting that comes with a schedule. Configure the schedule within the FortiVoice user portal.     To place calls on hold, press the Hold softkey. While a call is on hold you can answer or place other calls. The held party will hear music, if configured to do so on the FortiVoice.
