    Simple: The greeting that applies to any time. Scheduled: The greeting that comes with a schedule. Configure the schedule within the FortiVoice user portal.     To place calls on hold, press the Hold softkey. While a call is on hold you can answer or place other calls. The held party will hear music, if configured to do so on the FortiVoice.     When Call Waiting is enabled, the phone will present new calls to you while you are on a call. In order to use call waiting, it will first need to be enabled in the FortiVoice interface. FortiFone FON-x80 Series 3.0.3 User Guide Fortinet Technologies Inc.
