    To access the visual voicemail, the phone requires that you enter the voicemail PIN for your extension. The Visual Voicemail section displays voice messages in their respective folders, as stored on the FortiVoice unit. Available folders are All, Urgent, New, and Old.     1. Dial the outgoing access code (for example: 9 or 0) if configured within the Fortivoice. 2. Dial the phone number. After about 4 seconds, the phone will dial the number.     To place calls on hold, press the Hold soft key. While a call is on hold you can answer or place other calls. The held party will hear music, if configured to do so on the FortiVoice.
