horizontally and vertically

of the designated image
area.
4:3 linearly scales the
source active image
horizontally and vertically
to fill a 4:3 rectangle
which is centered and
4:3
the same height as the
16:9 designated image
area. The remaining area
is black.

To change the aspect ratio (size and shape) of the projected image, select Aspect Ratio
from the Main Menu and press ENTER. Select the appropriate aspect ratio for your
screen size and the type of program material being viewed, then press ENTER; refer to
Table 4-1.
