The current flowing from (or into) AW
and/or BW is limited to a value
ILW/IHW as long as the junction tem-
perature Tj < 165°C (electronic current
limitation). The values for ILW/IHW for
different conditions are given in the
table below. If Tj rises above 165°C (±
15 %) the output drivers outputs are
