If the same signal is configured for multiple numbers,
the setting with the lowest number with the lowest
logical box ID becomes enabled.

Setting DME/Frame Memory
Channels
You can set the DME/frame memory channels to use on
each box.
When the system signal format is 1080P or 1080i, all
boxes use the same channels.
Notes
• When a DME license (option) is not installed on a target
box, DME channels cannot be assigned.
• When an SL key is selected in the GPU on a target box,
DME channels cannot be assigned.
• If a target block does not have an M/E assigned, DME
channels cannot be assigned.
• The DME channel assignment cannot be changed
unless the DME channel 1 and 3 settings are the same
in the Home > Setup > System > Format/Config > GPU
Config menu (19101.25).
• If a frame memory channel is changed, the recall state
of all channels is released.
• If the frame memory channel is changed, unsaved
content will be lost. Save any required content in
content storage before making changes.

Open the Home > Setup > Switcher > Box Settings >
DME/FM Channel Assign menu (19103.53).

Select the target [DME Channel] group to set and
select the DME channels.
DME Ch1 / Ch2: DME channel 1 and channel 2
DME Ch3 / Ch4: DME channel 3 and channel 4

Select the target [FM Channel] group to set and select
the frame memory channels.
FM1 - FM6: Frame memory channel 1 to channel 6
FM7 - FM12: Frame memory channel 7 to channel

Press the [Apply] button.
To return to the previous setting
Press the [Clear] button.

Check the message, then press [OK].
