Value range is defined from 0 to 1999.
If parameter numbers ≥ 1999 are addressed, a parameter page must be selected
from the high byte of the IND array (page index).
Each parameter page contains 2000 parameter numbers
Defines the requirement ID (master → slave) and the corresponding response ID
(slave → master)
