4. Arrange the files as desired by dragging and dropping them from one location in the
list to another location.

Remove all buttons to remove files in the list as needed.
6. Select a coder for each file by first selecting the file (or files) and then double-clicking
or right-clicking on it. The File Data window appears.

acPlayVoicePrompt() function).
8. In the Description field, enter a description (optional).

From any location on the PC, select the appropriate files and drag-drop them
into the Voice Prompts window.
The sequence of files in the "Add Files..." window defines the Voice Prompt
ID.
